영원무역그룹 성래은 부회장은 2002년 영원무역에 입사하여, 2007년 글로벌 컴플라이언스 CSR부문 이사를 시작으로 경영 일선에 올랐다. 2016년 지주사인 영원홀딩스 대표이사로 선임되었고, 2022년 11월부터 영원그룹의 부회장으로 재직하고 있다.
대외적으로는 2024년 2월 제15대 한국패션산업협회 회장에 선임되었고, 같은 해 9월에는 한국경제인협회의 부회장으로 회장단에 합류하였다.
성래은 부회장은 미국의 초우트 로즈메리홀(Choate Rosemary Hall)을 졸업하고, 美 스탠퍼드대학교에서 사회학을 전공했다.

Rae Eun Sung is the Vice Chairman of Youngone Group, an OEM manufacturing group servicing globally renowned brands. Youngone also engages in retail distribution of outdoor apparel, footwear, and gear.
She began her career at Youngone Corporation in 2002, steadily rising through the ranks to become President and CEO of Youngone Holdings Corporation in 2016 and Vice Chairman of Youngone Group in 2022, and plays a pivotal role in shaping the group’s strategic direction and growth.
Beyond her corporate leadership, she is actively engaged in both industry and society at large. In 2024, she was appointed as the 15th Chairman of the Korea Fashion Industry Association and joined the Board of the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) as a Vice Chairman. She is also on the Board of Seoul National University.
In 2021, recognition of her contributions to the textile and fashion industry, she was awarded the Nation’s Honorable Recognition Medal by Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy.
She is a proud alumni of Choate Rosemary Hall in Connecticut and earned her B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University.
