상공부 통상진흥국장, 상공부 차관보 특허청장. 대한무역진흥공사 사장. 상공자원부 장관을 거쳐 WTO 사무차장 및 세종대 교수 및 총장 역임.

Dr. Kim is Senior Advisor at Lee International IP and Law Group and Chairman of Institute for Trade and Investment. He served as President of Sejong University, Deputy Director-General of the WTO, Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, President of Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency and Commissioner of Korea Intellectual Property Office. He is a graduate of Tufts University (B.A.) and University of Massachusetts (M.A. and Ph. D in Political Science).
