1968년 6월 23일생, 서울대 동양사학과 졸업(1992년), 일본 게이오대학원 경영관리연구과 졸업(1995년), 하버드대 비즈니스 스쿨 D.B.A(경영학박사) 과정 수료(2000년), 현재 삼성전자 President & COO(Chief Operating Officer).

Jay Y. Lee is President & Chief Operating Officer of Samsung Electronics, with responsibility for strengthening the competitiveness of the company’s strategic businesses and laying the foundation for future growth. He previously served as Chief Customer Officer and has led Samsung’s global outreach to build strategic alliances with partners across the technology industry. Mr. Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in East Asian History from Seoul National University and an MBA from Keio University in Japan. He also attended the doctoral program at Harvard Business School.
